  I first approached the the Kensington branch of CAFCU several years ago when my family had some complicated legal structures and some very specific banking needs. After speaking with at least ten other banks who simply couldn’t help us, I called the Kensington branch. Margaret answered the phone and I gave my well-practiced spiel. Not only did she understand my needs, but she knew exactly how to provide our banking needs. Margaret brought Angelika onto our family’s team of bankers. Since that first call my family has opened at least ten different accounts and Margaret and Angelika have never failed to find the best banking solutions to our often complicated needs. We are incredibly grateful for their knowledge, responsiveness and solutions and frankly don’t know what we would do without them. To us, they are the gold standard of bankers.

  Margaret, Angelika and everyone at the CAFCU Arlington Heights branch have been exceptionally helpful and responsive to me and my family, and I cannot recommend their services highly enough. They are always quick to reply to me and assist me even though I am not local and am rarely able to visit the branch in person. We looked at many banks in the area and CAFCU Arlington Heights was far and away the easiest to work with and able to answer all of our questions on day one.   Super simple to set up the account, employees at the bank were very helpful. Definitely some of the better interest I've seen for saving accounts.
