  Thank you Ryan for refinancing my Car! I had to take out a high interest rate loan in a hurry when getting my new car but while I was deployed I was able to refinance with Metro in just a few days I was down from a 10.8% loan to a 2.5%. Thank you Ryan! I also appreciate the rest of the staff at metro they are always so friendly and welcoming!

  I was introduced to this credit union by a friend who told me they could help with my finances. How correct he was. Everyone I had the pleasure of meeting was very kind and welcoming. Ryan is the associate who assist me in my situation. Very patient and knowledgeable in how the loaning process worked and gave me plenty of options and advice. I have been a client of theirs since November 2019 and will continue to return in the future.

  In all of my many years of working with banks, lenders and other financial institutions, Metro Federal Credit Union is by far the very best and most awesome when it comes to all of my financial needs. The Metro employees are like best friends. The member appreciation and holidays events seem like happy family gatherings. Thank you!

  I came across Metro Federal Credit Union when I was looking to get pre-approved for a loan to purchase a car. I made an appointment to meet with Ryan and he assisted me with the process of applying and I was approved. He made it fairly simple and also informed me of additional products and services available. I was also approved for a credit card. Whenever I've had any questions, each individual that has assisted me has been friendly and knowledgable.

  I have currently been banking at the credit union for just about two months and the service I have received is second to none! When I joined Ryan sat down with me and helped me come up with a strong budget and provided some great options to help me stick to it! They also went above and beyond helping me get a great deal on my car and consolidating some of my other bills! Walking into the bank the people actually care about you and your life goals. They are focused on your well being instead of charging you fees up the rear end like Chase who is only goal is to make money off you. Thank you MFCU for all that you have done to help me with not only my current issues but also prepare for the ones to come.

  Switching to Metro from Chase has been amazing! The loan specialist Ryan has helped me every step of the way! Not only am I able to have better control of my finances but he has also helped me better understand it all. Definitely would recommend Metro to anyone looking to better their current and future financial status.
