  Great customer service!! This is the 2nd HELOC I’m closing with AMHFCU. Both times, Ana Santiago lead the process. Very easy to work with. Very attentive. It took only a week to close the loans. I wanted to give 5 star. However, took one star off for the appraisal team. It looks like they are VERY conservative. The appraisal they came up with was way below the market price for the properties. It looks like they are either not aware of the current market or taking EXTRA caution for HELOC. Overall I’m happy with AMHFCU.

  I found that everyone was very helpful and friendly at this branch. I thought I was going to be waiting forever,there was 3 or 4 people in front of me, they were taken care of quickly and within minutes they called me in. Overall it was a great experience and first impression.😊 Thank You Tim

  Definitely worth going there and getting an account! Everyone’s so nice and they try to be as quick as possible. Only thing I’m having a problem with is the online banking i can’t sign in besides that everything was amazing
