  I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was working with Patrick. I have purchased several homes and this buying experience was even easier than working with my local bank. Ease is great, but the results were even better, as it is often difficult to get both. Patrick worked directly with us and his transparency and efficiency kept us up to date and each assurance he gave came to fruition. In this crazy home market, it is a must to have a lender that is willing to expedite paperwork and make changes as needed. I have already recommended Patrick to numerous friends and family if they plan on financing anything in the future. Thank you Patrick for caring about the people you are working with.

  During one of the hottest real estate markets in history, Patrick was our "go-to" guy. He secured our financing in order for us to downsize into a smaller place. During this stressful time in our lives he was there to answer our questions and offer great and timely suggestions. Getting the necessary documents turned in for approval was easy with their secure site document upload. This is our second time working with Patrick and would do it again for sure.   If you want to work with the best, work with Patrick Averill. We relocated from Northern California, and were under a time crunch, since we were accepting jobs in the Madison Area. We found a listing on a Saturday morning and contacted our real estate agent who put us into contact with Patrick. Since Madison's housing market is hot, time was of the essence and Patrick understood that from the first moment.He was on top of everything from start to finish, quick with what we needed to do, and quick with confirmation. We got a link to get Pre-Approved and the computer process was user friendly and seamless. Patrick and Elizabeth, Patrick's assistant, were in our successful transition to Madison. Both Patrick and Elizabeth were amazing communicators all through the process, and worked with our challenges relocating across state lines. Our loan was done on time, as promised. We would work with Patrick with any of our loan needs in the future and highly recommend him and his team.

  Patrick was professional and extremely responsive. He was able to get our pre-qual over the weekend. Without his help we probably would’ve lost our offer.   Overall and as a first-time homebuyer, I had a good experience with Patrick and his team. Patrick was able to secure me the best mortgage loan rate of the lenders I looked into. He spent a lot of time answering initial questions for me and was very responsive. He helped me lower my PMI payments by connecting me with a first time Fannie Mae homebuyer's course. I also appreciate that they are local (although, you will end up being transferred to a larger national company once the initial stuff is set). My only issue is that my initial monthly estimated total payment ended up being significantly off, primarily due to a miscalculation of estimated property taxes for my escrow ($2500 shortage). For a tiny condo, this was a really big difference to me and not exactly easy to manage financially. Since this company is local, too, I was trusting them to have better knowledge of local estimated taxes. All in all, I would use them again, and request that they look carefully into the estimated taxes. **edit** Apparently the escrow issue was not Patrick and his team’s fault; they had calculated an accurate taxes amount. My mortgage company has changed over twice since I worked with Patrick and somehow a miscalculation of property taxes occurred during that time period. Changing to 5 stars for Patrick and his team!

  We went through Patrick for our first home purchase and again for a refinance. Honestly don’t trust anyone else. He’s proven he can get the best rates, he closes SO fast, and both him and his team are extremely responsive for all our questions! Best lender around! 💯
