  This the second time me and my husband were told to remove our mask when we came to make a deposit at Marlow Heights location.  We did not have this problem at Wells Fargo or any other financial institution.   Given we are in Covid-19 these procedures need to coincide.

  I arrive at 1:59 (they close at 2pm Saturdays) and they still have a few customers in the store I don't think it's OK for security guard to turn me away and lock the door. Boo

  Despite being a modest location the service is outstanding. Michelle, the branch manager, went to great lengths to help me with a issue I had, and I'm not even a member of this CU. Highly recommended!

  Friendly staff. Quick service. My only complaint is that they don't have same day replacement cards. They charge way too much for expedited services and they don't have over night

  It’s One Particular Female That Works In There That Seems To Always Have An Attitude When My Manager Sends Me In There To Get Change For Our Store Like If You Have A Attitude For Something That You Signed Up For Pick A Better Occupation Or Better Yet Work For Yourself Since You Seem To Always Have A Stuck Up Attitude Every Time You See Me That’s Like Me Being Rude Or Shady Towards Customers That I See Every Day That’s So Unprofessional
