  Indu's name was recommended by our realtor and I am greatly pleased with her service and professionalism. She always thinks many steps ahead of us and she knows exactly what point the Mrtg will need additional documents or at what point we should lock the rates Her communications have been too notch and she is always reachable via phone, msgs or emails. Her response times are in minutes !! Her swift work greatly helped us close the deal or else we would have lost the house. For rest of my life, no matter what I buy, where I buy, I am going back to Indu n her team for sure. There is something called Customer Satisfaction and then there is something called Customer Delight!. If you need the later, now you know whom to reach out to !   There are no words to adequately describe our experience with Indu at Guaranteed Rate. Indu's team was amazing! We had a challenging loan since we own a business and we needed a quick close. Indu is extremely knowledgeable and had our loan cleared to close withing 7 days! Her team was quick to respond and worked extremely hard for us. We will use her again if we ever buy another home and will happily refer her and her team to everyone we know.

  I refer Indu to my real estate clients all the time. She is always on top of things, responsive almost 24/7 and is knowledgeable and able to get loans for people when other lenders have not been able to. I highly recommend her and she is my go to lender. Indu is amazing.

  I would HIGHLY recommend Indu and her team to anyone looking for a mortgage lender!! We have used Indu and her team 3 times. The first time we used her was about 7 years ago and we were having a horrible experience with another lender and she came through for us with a quick closing in less than 3 weeks. When buying our second home, she fought with our builder to get them to pay more closing costs because they kept delaying our close date. She is truly AWESOME!! We just used her again for buying our third home and again, very smooth process and not stressful in any way. She really cares about her clients and we really love working with her!!

  I have worked with Indu for over 8 years. I am a former loan officer and underwriter so I don’t give recommendations lightly. Indu knows her lending and mortgage industry backwards and forward. She is at the top of her game. And answers her phone at night and on weekends . Her team is just as skilled as she is and speak multiple languages. But her most important language is customer service. She is focused on her client 100% of the time.

  I cannot say enough about Indu Kapoor and her team! She has saved several loans for me personally and for my clients! She sticks to her word and has the client’s best interest in mind!   We were scheduled to get an appraisal at certain day and extended financial period based on that. The appraisal did not come on time and it was hard to get a hold of Indu. Not only appraisal did not get on time, also rushed denial letter was never received. We lost appraisal money and earnest money because of Indu’s and her team’s poor responsiveness and service. If you have a choice, use someone else.

  Indu and her team of professionals were extremely helpful, courteous and prompt. I had given them a time frame to finish the mortgage process and to my surprise the entire exercise was initiated, compiled, executed and finished within the specified time.
