  Neil Rudine is an amazing Loan Officer that we highly recommend. He made our home refinancing go smoothly. We told him our goal and he made it happen. We had the impression that buying a home or refinancing can be difficult, but Neil did all the hard work for us and did not let a record winter storm stop him from getting it done in a timely manner.   Neil Rudine was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was my first time home buying experience and he made it super easy to understand what was happening when. He explained each phase of the process thoroughly and was extremely timely with his communications. If I ever decide to buy another house, he will be my first call.

  This was the third time we used Neil Rudine. Neil always provided us with the best service ever. The communication was excellent and he always answered texts and phone calls at a timely manner. The whole mortgage process went very smooth and everything fell in place quickly. What I loved about Neil the most was that he was always there for us. He took good care of us.   Neil made my first time homebuyer experience easy and stress-free. He took his time to explain everything in great detail and breakdown information I did not understand fully in language I could relate to. He always had time to speak over the phone, and replied to texts and emails promptly. I had heard horrible stories about the home buying process and was scared of what I might encounter. My experience was the complete opposite of that. It was swift, easy, painless. I would recommend Neil 100% to anyone looking to buy a home. He is a true professional with good ol’ fashion values.   Me Neil Rudine, Sr was extraordinary with whom to work. Neil’s attention to detail, depth of knowledge and impeccable character made choosing the correct loan for our family to purchase our house.   Neil has helped us purchase multiple homes and a refinance over the years. He's responsive, very knowledgeable about current regulations and all the changes that happen, great at communicating through the whole process and very informative. He's great at explaining things so that we understood each step of the process and what our options were. He shares in the excitement of all the things that come with buying a house. I would recommend him over and over again. I won't use anyone else when it comes to home mortgages.

  Neil has assisted me with two home loans and got me quickly approved for both! With the second, I was initially alarmed to find that he had moved to Dallas but it turned out that it didn't matter. He was able to transfer many documents from my previous loan making the whole process flow smoothly AND got me the interest rate I insisted on- I think he had to pull some strings to do so ;). Neil is professional and personable, always remembers my birthday and continues to be there for me re. questions and concerns- even on matters unrelated to the loans! :)
