  Green Brick Mortgage was an excellent choice for my needs. The process was super easy. The GB personnel were patient and thorough. They made sure I understood everything I was signing and clearly explained each step, each document, and any action items I needed to take care of now and in the future. I received not only printed documents but also electronic docs and a thumb drive with my final documents. This was a great experience for me and my family and I would recommend Green Brick to handle this process for anyone needing this service.

  The Green Brick Mortgage experience was GREAT! They were able to make the mortgage process simple and easy to provide the documentation needed. As a result they were able to close on time. There were no surprises at closing. The entire team was congenial, professional, and a joy to work with! They were available to answer all questions during the process. I would recommend them and use them again.

  I had a GREAT experience with Green Brick Mortgage. Being a first time home buyer, Dustin and Aracely patiently answered all my questions, and walked me through the process. Aracely even worked after hours to help me float down to a lower interest rate, even after a lock! I highly recommend Green Brick to anyone.

  Top notch service and end to end support during the home purchase and closing process. The Green Brick team was amazing and and easy to work with. The online portal was great to deliver documents through and simple to navigate. I highly recommend them.

  This company is so great! We recently used this company for our new house and they were on top of everything. Process was very easy. Most of all, they are so good at responding right away any questions that you may have during the process. Definitely recommend Green brick if you are seeking loan company for your next house.

  3/10- Updated to 3/5 stars moments ago. Received a call back from GBM regarding the experience. Although the experience wasn't the best I did appreciate the attention and feedback. JJ Recently completed the full process (2/26/2020) with CB JENI builders and the preferred lender Green Brick Mortgage. Overall the process was "OK" and nothing close to breath taking. Green Brick Mortgage (GBM): Be prepared to use your CB JENNI "discounts" with GBM for what you could receive at no cost with US Bank or USAA. Customer service is sub-par to any other lender, multiple representatives will email and call you for the same documents week-over-week. Do not expect for the loan officer to inform you of great times to lock rates in addition to quick responses. Out of several comparisons, I would recommend US Bank hands down.

  The best experience I have had with a mortgage company! Everyone that played a part in handling our account for close was AWESOME! But aside from everyone else customer service, Todd was the one that set the tone from the very beginning. We would definitely recommend them to anyone

  Follow-up from a previous post this past week. Received a call yesterday from GBM on 2/25 and was told my closing increased by $.55 and to make the adjust to the total. Very odd. In addition to rates dropping and paying +$2.5k an average rate of a 3.5% rate, I was today during and prior to signing they could not and would not re-write with the float rate option they offered after several emails and no communication from the loan officer in terms of previous emails. Today’s rates are 3.3% or better! Not a great experience at all..... Follow-up: (3/6) Who should I ask for when I call?
