  I have been customer for over 30 years. Had an account that I didn't use for a few years. They changed their policy and started charging fees. Since I was not using that account I didn't even look at statements. They ended up taking all my money in monthly fees and closed that account. Today I go in to make a deposit and 1 teller is open with 3 sitting there with closed signs in their window. Finally one asked to help and informed me of a 7 day hold on checks. What bank does that? I told the Manager I had enough and was going to a real bank. No relationship with anyone there. A customer for over 30 years, always go in to the lobby for service and no one knows me. Every Huntington teller knows my name. Welcomes me when I walk in. Does anyone think the Beech Grove branch is worth being open?

  Ran into 3 overdraft fees of 32 dollars each. After pay day, the fees took a good portion of my check. When I called to ask them to take it off, I was only refunded a small poriton because it wasnt a bank error. If this happened on a weekly or monthly basis, I would understand. How are people suppose to recover from these HIGH FEES???? I have not been very happy with the customer service of this bank for a long time.

  I've been a member for several years and while every bank has their problems, I truly enjoy IMCU. I love that if there is suspected fraudulent activity on my card, they call me immediately to let me know. Today this happened, and I was able to call in, and spoke with Hannah about lifting the freeze on my card after verifying my activity. It's really nice that I don't have to deal with a huge customer service line and can call my local branch. Thanks IMCU for being so helpful!

  Have banked there for years. Not as good as they used to be, however, they still give great service, and fees are much less than at a bank.
