  AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The employees here are top notch unfortunately the bank is wack. They randomly add and subtract hundreds of dollars from accounts, and will shut your card down at the drop of a hat

  The Arvada Branch of Independent Bank is a small branch with big personality. All the employees here are friendly, courteous and always ready to be helpful. I give credit to the manager, Andrew Lozoya, who is always extremely helpful, regardless of the request.

  Lee and Nikki are awesome!! They are always smiling and pleasant and are all about making sure you are taken care of. If you are considering opening an account, you should definitely consider Guaranty Bank!

  I recently visited this bank to make a deposit for work, I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes waiting for the one person in front of me(who they weren't even able to help) and then when it came my turn, not only did they mess up my deposit, but took close to 20 minutes for my transaction. The customer service was terrible. This is one bank I would never consider opening a personal account with. Dont waste your time here!

  For fun I walked in and met with a couple bankers and learned about different banking products. I experenced very nice customer service very nice environment and a nice newer looking building.
