      Everyone was nice and helpful, but who designs a bank with only one teller window? 2 people in front of me needing cashiers checks so it took 30 minutes to do a 1 minute transaction. Even if they have enough people they only have the one window, so expect to get lucky or wait. Again, not a reflection on the employees who were nice and professional, but the design prevents this bank from doing one of the basic services a bank should provide.

      Second time I’ve driven over here to find that the bank wasn’t going to open for the day. Hours were not updated online. That would have taken 2 minutes. Our business relies on our bank to deliver services. BofA has to start doing better here. After 12 years, running out of reasons to continue banking with BofA. Edited to address response: That is a copy and paste canned, corporate answer that just oozes big bank pretense. Also, not an excuse not to have hours updated online in a timely fashion. Be better.

      Made an appointment and still had to wait to get help. Someone who was there before me and did not have an appointment was helped first which is confusing to why I even have to make an appointment in the first place. When I was finally being helped, another bank staff came into the room I was being helped in to get assistance so the person helping me had to leave to help someone else. He left for a few minutes and came back. And this happened twice. Very unprofessional! My appointment was simple and shouldn’t have taken more than 10-15min without interruptions. Because of this, I was late to my next appointment at another bank. And in comparison, the appointment at another bank went perfectly, I didn’t have to wait, and I wasn’t interrupted multiple times during my appointment.

      BoA website said they were open. Drove 15 mins to get there for a down payment check and they were closed. Had to drive 40+ miles to another branch.

      It’s sad really. It’s the small things that make a business great. Wish I would have know 20 minutes ago you were temporarily closed. I would have traveled in a direction more helpful. Trash management at this location.

      Came here to cash a check that a friend of mine gave me because this is the bank he uses. They charged me 8 dollars to cash the check thats from their bank because I don't have an account there? Seriously? The check was from their bank. Ive never heard of that policy before.

      Chris was super helpful doing a commercial deposit! Even had a lady yelling at him for something out of his control. He did very well staying calm and talking her through her options despite how rude she was! Absolutely recommend this branch- they are all new staff and are all professional and great with customers!

      Worst run banking branch I have ever been to. Update: still the slowest bank in Colorado. DO NOT BANK HERE. Unless you want to wait an hour to deposit a check.

      Went here because I had read bad reviews about other BOA’s in the Denver area. Brandon helped me out and was awesome! Came in without an appointment and had lots of problems with my cards and updating my bank info online and he fixed everything for me! Great service and team there!
