  Patty Leonard loan officer here only wants your money. She is not with you after the loan. She won't answer your calls or emails after the loan. She pawns you off to everyone else after you sign the papers. Very disappointed.

  Multiple issues with this entity. Have to continue to call and request corrections on accounts---had my account switched to a "premier" account charging a monthly fee without my signature. Now have to go up to sign a document to have account changed. Not a one time issue with these folks--has continued over many years.

  I have been self-employed for 31 years and have worked with several different banks in Ingham county during this time.   Not any more . It was explained to me that as long as you didn't overdraw over 10 dollars you wouldn't be charged any overdraft fees . But since the pandemic I've been charge several daily fees . Not a phone call till I complained . You would think they had called before their was over 300 dollars in charges

  The staff at kipp rd are fantastic! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable. Always a friendly greeting that just makes you feel good when you leave there.
