Sadanandam Karkuri5I have been there for an urgent wire transfer. Staff were courteous and friendly. I have been helped by relationship manager Michael. Michael was able to understand my situation did everything to complete my transaction in time.

Austin Blount1Horrible service! Andrea Reyes is extremely rude and untrustworthy. She lied to me multiple times during our appointment that I only found out about afterwards. She has since ignored my repeated phone calls and voicemails even going as far as to hang up on me. This is not how you treat customers of 20 years!

Sheila Urevbu1This is the largest BOA banking Center in East Memphis and they have only ONE business banker. He happened to be out sick today so guess what? No one else could help me? No one! All I needed to do was sign a signature card. THATS IT! It’s so ridiculous to only have one employee available for such a large customer base. Amateur mistake! Highly disappointed. I drove several miles to take care of my banking business.

Clisby White5Walked in looking for a Notary and I'm glad I found this bank. I was quickly greeted and had my paperwork looked over and told I would be taken care of shortly. Within a few minutes Calvin called me over and helped me out. Not only was he able to notarize my documents he asked me about my job that takes me all over the country and then after knowing I was just passing through town he offered me suggestions on places to see and eat while I was here. Very helpful and personable. Definitely the type of person you want have at Bank of America. Thanks man!

Rena Mck1I hate to go Inside because they are so slow!bi waited for an hour just to be a temporary card. I went to get a temporary card and they told me to activate the card at the ATM. Of course once I tried to do that it didn’t work and by this time they had locked the door! And it’s utterly impossible to get someone on the phone!

Shawn Mills2Had a sour interaction with a teller this morning. All I wanted was to make a deposit into my son account. She made things sooooooooo difficult. I had his PIN number and bank card. I went to Winchester and the teller there made things painless. Please save your trip and headache at this location the two ladies at the desk was more interested in talking with each than helping customers.
