Independence Bank has given us excellent service but has lacked in giving back to the community particularly with the tornado victims in need when I asked for extra help with our fund raiser. I am in hopes this will change in the future since we do enjoy the banking for my law firm. and do not desire to change but will consider since giving back to the community is important to us.

The people that work at Independence Bank on Scottsville Road and Nashville Road are great. Although I have not been to the other location, I have no doubt they are too. I have not had any problems with them. Thank you all for everything you do :)

I highly recommend this location, the staff are amazing, leadership are always out and about. Working with Scott Thornhill has been great very knowledgeable and treats you with respect and dignity.
