Sean5I've been banking with US Bank for a while now. I typically go to this branch when I need to deposit or exchange currency. They have always been friendly and helpful. The only downside is I wish they were open until 5pm so I could make trips there after work.

Mary Rose1This isn't just directed at this location but all U.S. banks in general, this is just where I had my experience. My first experience with this bank was my employer paid me via written check through this bank. Instead of honoring that is was a check from their own company they charged a check cashing fee and ask every question under the sun except what color my underwear were. My second experience came when I tried to deposit money for my father in law. I didn't know DEPOSITING money into someone's account would be such a hassle. I could see if I was trying to withdrawal money. This banks procedures are ridiculous and I hope I never have to deal with them again. I wouldn't bank with this company if someone paid me money to do so.

bre t1They cannot even count money for a deposit correctly. This is the closest branch to my house and the second time I have had issues with my account .I go to the downtown us bank instead now. The extra drive is way easier than the headache of dealing with this branch.

Cody Ramsey1Long time us bank customer but when you wait 45 min in the drive through for them to deposit you check twice and into the wrong account it makes you consider banking somewhere else.....
