  DO NOT COME HERE! If i could give NO stars I would! Whoever is the hiring manager needs a REALITY check because he is selfish and plain out rude! Very much self centered and doesn’t give you a chance during the interview to speak! He is also racist! 👎👎👎

  My mom died in November 2020 with an active life insurance policy for 5 years. She never missed a payment. Bankers life refuses to pay out or give us information regarding it. Actually they lie and make up a new story for the reason behind the delay every time I call. Its been 90 days and still no payment. That doesn't stop creditors or the bank from starting the foreclosure process. These people are evil and have no regard for customer service or follow through on the policies they sell. STAY AWAY FROM BANKERS LIFE INSURANCE!!!!

  My Retirement is with Bankers Life. My check is never in Bank on the Date suppose to be. They don't care when I call to talk to them. I would like to take my Money elsewhere, but afraid they would not have the knowledge to transfer money they would lose my money in the process. They just don't care.

  I went there only one time when my friend. It takes forever to get my friend for his appointment. If you apply job or get a loan don't do with this bank they will make you sit in lobby for several hour.
