  I have been a member of Abound Federal Credit Union since it came to Bowling Green, Kentucky and a member of Fort Knox FCU many years before that. My wife and I came into Abound and needed help because one my retirement income accounts had been hacked and we wouldn't be reimbursed for 30-60 days and we needed to pay some monthly bills before that. Loan Officer, Lisa Oliver, at the Bowling Green Branch on Gary Farm Road, was sympathetic and worked tirelessly to make sure I had a revolving loan of $3,500 at a low interest rate. Because of Lisa we were able to pay our bills and make some much needed home repair. Soon after we decided to refinance our current mortgage and again Lisa took great care of us by getting our re-finance documents into the system quickly and got us a great appraisal. Lisa got us a lower mortgage interest rate and she was able to establish a home equity account. We used the home equity account to modernize our home to the point we are so comfortable and the value of our home has increased dramatically. We are so pleased with Abound Credit Union and Lisa Oliver as they have changed our life for the better. Thank You!!!

  So very thankful for the ladies who helped me at both the Glasgow and Bowling Green locations. I was in the process of buying my first car on my own and was clueless. On top of that, my car-buying experience was a little rocky to say the least. Both ladies I worked with while getting the financing for my car were absolutely amazing. They were patient with me and Lisa at the BG office was especially helpful in explaining every step of the process and helping me with a less-than-forthcoming car salesman. The process for financing was smooth and I highly recommend them!

  I’ve been doing business with Abound for years, and have always received excellent service. The folks who work in the local Bowling Green branch are very personable and go out of their way to learn your name and get to know you. Lisa Oliver in the loan department has helped my family and I greatly over the years and I’m very appreciative of her work. I would highly recommend banking at Abound Federal Credit Union.

  I enjoy coming here for any questions that I have for financial advice. Mark has always been a great help with home loan advice and my multiple automotive loans. The employees here make it very accessible for me to make appointments and go there when I can. I live 30+ minutes away and didn't want to change my bank because I've had an account here since I've lived in BGKY and I haven't found a bank/credit union as good as this one where I live now! Again, love coming here! Highly recommend coming here for a potentially better loan rate than any dealership or bank around!

  Everyone at Abound has always been so personable and always willing to help with whatever I need to get done. Sharon has helped me multiple times with getting my accounts the way I needed them to meet my personal needs, whether it's a savings accounts or a 401k. Mark has always been a big help, with multiple car loans and general advice on what the best options are available. I actually moved to TN and couldn't find a better Credit Union.

  Went to my local Abound Credit Union in Bowling Green ky to see if I qualify for a car loan. I walked through the doors with a low expectation until I met Lisa Oliver the Member services Representative. Within 20 minutes I was walking out the door with a pre-approved amount for a new vehicle. When it came time to finally purchase the vehicle I called Lisa and she stayed on the phone with me and ecplained things to me. I can not say enough how happy I am to be a member of Abound.

  I have struggled to find a bank home, this bank and the staff is my forever home for banking. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They also take there time to explain things if you have any questions.

  Absolutely the worst credit union ever. My boyfriend and I have been getting the run around about buying our first home. We have been tossed around to 4 different lenders and one who processed the loan and was supposed to call us back, then went on vacation right after. Outrageous! We have found a house we are interested in and we can’t even get a direct answer. Fort Knox is crapping around with our time and money. Also not to mention the customer service is TERRIBLE! Save your time and hard earned money.
