  Steven wasn't the first lender I contacted and started working with in my home buying journey. I was actually about to make an offer on my second house, when some questions came up and my realtor highly recommended I reach out to Steven. While the other realtor was good, Steven was even better! He was kind, responsive and helpful when I was set up with a competitor. After a few conversations, I made a quick decision to switch lenders and I'm so glad I did! Steven was able to do a 14-day escrow (through the week of Thanksgiving) so my kids and I could be in a home by Christmas with a few weeks to spare! He took great care of me and was responsive to all of my questions throughout the process. I'm so glad I chose to go local and work with Steven. He made this such an easy process and shared in the joy of our new home! He is part of our new beginning story that I will never regret!

  Steven is amazing. He helped us get our dream home effortlessly. I had no idea where to start and he was there to help guide me every step of the way.   It's hard to explain how satisfied and impressed I am with IMS Lending, NorCal. Steven Hatcher is amazing. He was so friendly, I felt like we'd known each other for years which only helped how stressful the home buying process can be. He was so quick and efficient, closing simultaneous loans for myself and my parents in just 22 days! If I missed a call from him but he didn't call again, it was reassuring because it only meant he may have needed something or had encountered an issue but managed to figure it out without further assistance from me. He just gets the job done! He is the best! The whole team surpassed all my expectations as a first time homebuyer. It was a wonderful experience with minimal effort and stress because of IMS NorCal.

  Steven and the IMS team helped me navigate the process of getting a mortgage while self-employeed - my situation was complex but they were able to help work through all the different aspects of my income to get me approved for exactly what I needed. More importantly, Steven's connections here in the Chico area led to us securing an off market deal in the exact location we wanted, within our budget. Highly recommend Steven and the IMS team!

  Steven is great! He is flexible and knowledgeable. He does well under pressure (i.e surprised him with us buying a house in Colorado instead of California). He communicates well and frequently makes sure you are taken care of! Would recommend!

  As 1st time home buyers we really needed someone to "hold our hand" and the 1st lender we started working with was not that type of person. I texted my realtor in tears telling her we want to quit and maybe we'll just rent a little longer. She immediately called me and said "I'm having Steven call you and let's get you off that ledge". After my 1st phone call with Steven I felt 10000000 times better and was ready to knock it out of the park. He was with us through the whole process and there was never a time of the day when he didn't answer or get back to me. I'm so thankful he called me and because if this my family finally has their dream home. I recommend IMS lending 100%. Oh and Jason is also awesome 😊
