  We refinanced our house through here and then they sold our loan to a debt collector agency. I have never missed a payment and I have never been late either as it is an auto pay action. You wouldn't believe to hoops I have had to jump through because they did this. If I get a legit answer from them as to why, I may upgrade my rating but not until then. Don called me and explained that it is a rebalancing that mortgage companies have to do. So I up graded from 1 star to 3. Still a big inconvenience for me.
