She is knowledgeable, professional and attentive, always easy to reach, she paid attention to what we were looking for and got us exactly that. I especially like how clear and straight forward she is, I never felt pressured or discouraged, there were no surprises regarding the loan, she explained all the numbers and helped us adjust our down payment, etc. to have everything the way we wanted.
