  After going through 2 mortgage companies and not getting the proper feedback or direction of where to go next; I was introduced to Raj.   It's nothing less than an absolute honor working with Bina. If 2 days ago I received Diamond award instituted by Home Smart, it is mostly because of Mortgage Loan Originator like her.   Raj's team at Imperium was top notch! I had been struggling with a my current broker to take care of things for me and not getting the responsiveness I needed let alone them not listening to anything I was saying. I called Raj and he and his team listened, did their homework and research and brought the game to a whole new level for me.   I and my husband had the best experience working with imperium mortgage when we were purchasing our home. Both the loan originator and loan processor’s (Aimee Brogden and Bina Raghunath) were so amazing. They were always a phone call away whenever we had any questions. Bina made everything so easy by getting all the required documents from us and making sure everything was 8n tact before she sent them over to the loan processor. They both made purchasing a home so easy for us. I would recommend imperium mortgage to friends and family any day any time. Plus they have the best mortgage rate out here.

  To say I am completely satisfied would be an understatement. I am actually zapped. First, my sincere apologies to Mr. Nanan for posting this so late. Mr. Raj Nanan helped me not once but twice to get a mortgage deal when I thought that it would be almost impossible to get one. Then he helped me with the mortgage refinance in what I would say is "record time." The process was completed in less than a week, which was unthinkable. I am an extremely happy customer and would highly recommend Raj Nanan and his company for mortgage requirements.
