  My husband is a air force veteran and we wanted to refinance with New Day USA for a better interest rate which at first it sounded really good but seems like as soon as we did what we needed to do we never received any help in receiving what we were told of instead we were told confliing sorties. Very disappointed with the process.. Just hope it could be done correctly.. Very unsatisfied..

  Avoid at all costs. They are not doing veterans any service here. They wanted almost $30k in closing costs for my loan. I went elsewhere, paid a little less than $6k... Once you contact them, beware. They are relentless with hounding you about the loan, even after specifically requesting numerous times to stop. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

  My experience with NewDay USA as they worked to refinance my home was outstanding in light of the issues I had to address. Were it not for the probate issues the loan would have closed about two to three months sooner. However, the positive side of the the delay is that NewDay USA was able to provide me with a lower interest rate---about 1.2 points down from the original plan. The diligence and persistence of Joe Rosati was indeed a pleasure to experience as he kept me up to date with information, requirements, and more even during times when it was difficult to reach me. He provided the support and consideration that to details that instilled the feeling that he was a partner through the entire process who had my back at all times. There was no pressure and there was even a discussion on what steps could be taken to reduce the time to payoff---definitely working to take care me.

  I highly recommend NewDay USA! Andrew John Korczynski was an amazing agent. He was super friendly, very well organized, and he answered every question I had along the way.   Just completed streamlined VA refinance with NewDay USA. The process was smooth and quick - closed in three weeks. I am very pleased with the experience and recommend them.

  Got a good refinacne rate and closed the deal under 30 days. However, a couple of gripes that probably do not apply to most customers, both of which I mentioned to my loan rep so shouldn't be a surprise to NewDay: After they did my credit check, I got 13 telemarketing calls in one day about mortage refinance - this was due to the credit bureau selling my info, not cool and NewDay did not give me informed consent that this would happen (in doing 6 mortagaes in my life, this has never happened before). As an active duty officer on-call 24/7 getting marketing calls was more than just incoveneinet, it was disruptive. I had also told my rep that I cannot close on 25 Sept due to the death anniversary of my son, yet he did not retain this rather personal and important info and had later set up my closing for the 25th. Well, this was a deal breaker and NewDay soon found another day that would work. You'd think a company would not easily forget a special request like that. That says a lot. (Edited out comment related to company's spokesperson, it was uncalled for)
