  Out of all the TCF now Huntington bank my mom has ever been too she said that Chris has been the most welcoming, patient, and kind she has experienced before. Thank you Chris I appreciate you being patient with my mom, as her English isn’t that great, but you were so kind to her and that made her day!

  The terrible customer service at this location is insurmountable. Not only does my place of employment use this location for all of their banking, and I have an existing Huntington account; this location refused to cash the check from my employer. I was absolutely befuddled. I have had no issues with cashing these checks at other locations, or depositing into my account for the past 2 years. My employer was just as confused as to why they wouldn't cash it either, and even agrees that it was absolutely inexcusable, since the funds were available to cash the check.

  Do not ever give this location your business. I was having an issue with my credit card and called the branch for some assistance with how to handle the issue. The person on the phone was not only unhelpful, but down right rude. When I tried to talk through other solutions the man on the phone abruptly told me no and hung up with no further assistance. One additional incident while at this branch played out like so. I needed to cash two checks. I handed them both to the teller. She began the process of running them and handed me my cash. When I went back and counted the money, she had only given me the money for the one check. I brought my receipt to the same teller and told her I was short on the cash I should have received. She out right accused me of pocketing the money to try and get more. It was not until I demanded the manager come over and speak to me that they did. Once he did, the teller recounted her drawer and discovered she did in fact short me. The teller handed me the money I was do with a huff and did not even show a semblance of a remorse for not only falsely accusing me, but out right shorting me my money.

  This is such a wonderful pleasant bank I came into Huntington bank, and I spoke with a young woman name , Felicia Safford..she was pleasant and friendly and she definitely showed me great customer service. I had many questions and she answered all my Questions. I will Definitely be doing more business with Huntington bank! thanks to this young lady..

  Daniel, one of the bankers, was really nice and understanding and extremely polite. He was helping me out with some account issues I was having. He was also really helpful with helping me apply for a credit card. One of the tellers was also nice and polite when I went up to her looking for help.

  Awesome staff, friendly and very helpful. If you have a problem with your account, ask for Suzanne, she will handle it and make things right for you. 😀

  I don't know of a bank that'll rather have you close your account than refund you $20 after they gave you $200. Not sure the business model here - but hey some companies are opened for charity. So if you're looking for a bank where you can make money off of go to Huntington. Been there less than 60 days and profited $180. Not a lot but still not bad! :) keep it up Huntington Big Beaver appreciates your bad business practice!

  I’ve seen molasses move faster than the people at this bank. The indoor service isn’t even open and they can’t handle their drive thru in a timely manner. Who runs this place? Seriously no one who cares.

  very good experience when opening the account at big beaver branch. The personal banker dept colleague Sam stayed until 2:40 pm on Saturday to handle our account, the branch is supposed to close at 2pm.
