  I've been mulling over refinancing our home for a few years to help consolidate debt and get a bigger jumpstart on the future. I met Ray with iMax at an event for veterans and I immediately rekindled the thought of doing a cashout refinance or a 2nd mortgage. Ray's team helped me evaluate the two options and provided me with the best option. I said let's do it! Fast forward to less than a month and we closed for the best option. Ray's team even got us a location to close near where both my wife and I work! Regardless of where we are in the future, I will be using iMax Mortgage and going through Ray's team AND recommend them to ANYONE for a mortgage company.

  This is the second time I have had the experience of Ray and his team working on a refinance for me. iMax quickly acted upon my application. They ordered the appraisal within days and moved faster than any bank I've worked at for the underwriting review. Kat and Marla worked with me through another deal and like the 3 before this... smooth. They ensure you have anything you need prior to going into underwriting. This allows the process to be short and sweet. Clear to close comes quick when utilizing Ray and team.

  I am incredibly grateful to iMAX for all of the work they did to get us the house.   I had an awful experience. Ray will not communicate with you until he needs documents last second, will not update you on the status of your loan, you can’t leave a message because his voice mailbox is full from his other missed calls. Absolutely the least professional person I have ever worked with. Not accredited by the better business bureau, or I would’ve reported him.

  We are truly sorry you didn’t have a smooth transaction. With COVID lenders have tightened guidelines drastically. We had only one lender (out of 100+) that would work for you and unfortunately they are moving super slow right now. My team always had direct communication with you even when we didn’t have answers from the lender. Yes my personal cell phone vm is full but the message says to call my office number. We are still great full that we are able to be part of the process of you becoming a homeowner.

  I have been working with Ray with my real estate transactions with my clients for the past 17 years or more. I couldn't even tell you how many deals we have closed together. We have several clients that are multiple time home buyers and consistently wants to continue to use Ray as their lender. Ray and his staff goes above and beyond the Call of Duty to take care of their clients and get every deal closed. Even when they are tough roads to climb, they find a way to get it done!

His low lending fees and interest rates can't be beat. Many closers at the title company say "Wow! That is a good rate!" And I suspect they see a lot.
