  Kristin handled the loan for my house and it was the easiest loan process I have ever experienced. She goes the distance to get to know you and your needs so she can advise you on the best loan product. I’m self-employed and so I expected the process to be difficult and lengthy. It was neither. Kristin’s interest rate was very competitive and her fees were low. Highly recommend you select Kristin for your next home loan!!

  Kristin is the nicest and most helpful loan officer EVER! She has helped my family with the purchase of two different houses. She is always available and answers any and all questions. She will run the numbers however you need, as many times as you need. We are thankful for her for getting us an amazing interest rate and the best deal for our family!

  Robb and Krista are wonderful. I actually dreaded the process of getting a loan for my new house. Robb talked me through the process and advised me of what information would be needed and when. It went exactly as he stated it would. I was AMAZED at HOW SIMPLE they made this entire transaction. I was even able to move the closing date up 13 days with no issue at all. Robb and Krista made me realize that my fears were totally “false expectations acting as reality.” I would use Robb and Krista again for any of my home mortgage needs. Good, honest, trusted advisors, who work with your best interest in mind! OUTSTANDING!! Thanks Robb and Krista, I truly appreciate you. At my closing the title company (TNT in Dripping Springs) commented on how wonderful Robb and Krista were to work with! That speaks volumes!

  If I could give zero stars I would! After five months of waiting for this company to finish my refinance they waited until the last minute to ask for $1400 giving me two days to produce these closing funds! Keelan Brewer is a con artist. He prolonged my process to justify asking for these funds and expected me to pay because so much of my time, money and energy were already invested in the process but I walked and closed in 40 days for a lower rate with another company! I have taken my story to the news outlets so that other unsuspecting home buyers don’t get scammed by Republic State Mortgage. This company is A WASTE OF TIME AND TRASH

  Crystal Poskey and Merissa Weldon made my first home purchase smooth. I never knew buying a new home could be so smooth I highly recommend using republic state mortgage. Every time I had an question for Merissa she had an answer. She is so upfront and very understanding. Made me feel like family.
