Josh Palmer4I have not had any issues personally with EECU, other than trying to purchase a vehicle with cash and EECU refused to lift my debit card limit to complete the transaction. I had to take an extra trip to the dealership with a Cashier's Check, which was honestly not that big of a deal. However, recently my fiancee's debit card was compromised. We now live out in Dallas so getting to an EECU is a good drive. I took us to the nearest EECU over an hour away to get the card replaced. They were in the process of upgrading their machines, supposedly, to print out new debit cards with contactless features. The tap to pay feature that you see attached to many machines now, such as gas pumps. That is awesome in my opinion. I absolutely embrace innovation and progress. She had bills coming up so it was imperative to have the problem resolved as soon as possible. She was having a panic attack and went out to the car while I arranged a new Debit Card to be mailed to her. The new debit card is in braille and from what I understand that is a security risk. The Debit Card number was already imprinted on the envelope it was mailed in. The reason I am writing this review is to seek assurance that this is not putting the customer at risk. To have the debit card replaced due to being compromised with one that may be easier to compromise is a bit silly. She is upset, and unfortunately I don't have the expertise in financial security to comfort her. Can an EECU representative comfort our concerns?

David Clouse1This review is not about this branch, but EECU as a whole. When I purchased my Tahoe, the dealership got me an APR that was just a touch lower with EECU than with my normal bank. Had I known I would be immediately bombarded with offer after offer for insurance, mortgages and everything else I never would have done it. I'll be contacting my normal bank today to re-fi my auto loan at a higher rate just to stop this madness. You will never, ever, get any additional business from me.

SavingAngels Hellman5This Credit Union knows how to treat their customers as people. I just got off the phone with them it literally took me 19:49 minutes to set up a checking and savings account. Lisa's customer service skills were exemplary. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and generous. Everything that you would want from customer service and how you would want to be treated. I never had to leave my couch I wasn't treated ugly, rude or condescending. I'm very grateful and thankful and happy to be a new and returning customer with EECU. Thank you Lisa so much today for your customer service you are valued, you are an asset to EECU and to the People.

The Southlake Branch of the bank has helped me several times to understand my statements better and two of the workers personally helped me set up my online banking. Brian Dudley1EECU is consistently giving out my private information to my ex wife despite me demanding over and over for them not to. I have changed my password and security questions multiple times, however she calls whenever she wants and they talk to her about my account. Closing down the account as soon as I can get in there. Avoid EECU if you value your financial privacy.

Kevin Altizer1Been a customer for 15 years, All i can say is the Southlake location need help or a manager. Drive through is always slow. Today i waited 10 min with no hello or anything, when they did say "ill be right with you" they help the guy that just pulled up 10 min after me.

Kenny Bry Guy2I will never let our family use them until they work out that garbage with their debit cars being too sensitive to "Fraud" so so annoying, oh and they only allow 15 transactions per day on the debit card. Are you kidding me?
