  I just called to ask a simple question and when I asked her she said “hold up, hold up.... hold” Was on hold for over 5 mins. I ended up hanging up and took my business somewhere else.

  Lady left me on hold more than 5mins couldnt even say hi just assuming I'm going to hold with out being professional asking hi thanks for calling can you please hold ...lack of professionalism... their staff should be properly trained...called several times just to be put on hold and never came back to call.

  Best currency exchange around! Friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. What’s else could you ask for? Not sure what the 1 star reviews are for but they must have been having a bad day!

  Hours say until 8pm. Not we close when we feel like it. Closed before 7pm on Friday. On top of that a worker was still inside and said no we are closed.

  I went here to do a title and plate transfer only to find out when I got my registration my plate number was wrong I went back told them I thought it would be an easy fix but instead I'm having the worst customer service in the world every time I call I'm ignored and when I went up there the lady took a copy of my registration told me she would call back but never did your best bet go to the secretary of state I will never go here again

  The lady in there knows her job well! I have been to several different currency exchanges that were useless with odd jobs, snowmobile registration for instance...this one is by far the best, they know what there doing!
