Sandra Jam1Bank of America has definitely lost its name and credibility. Have been with them since 1998, I understand the situation we are in with covid. They want you to work it out with a computer. Sometime you need to talk to a human agent. They don’t want to help, they will listen to you but don’t have any empathy. I have to figure it out myself. Most branches closed, and of no help. Moving my business elsewhere.

Gina Rocha1Haven’t been able to use my debit card and walked in to simply get my pin over an hour before they closed and they said I couldn’t because they had an appointment in 15 minutes they were WAITING FOR couldn’t take me after because they needed time to close …. The teller did not even have appointment for another 15 minutes and no one was in front of her.. I assured her I had no questions just need to get my pin and they told me to go to another bank or book an appointment!!!!! Honestly garbage service. I work ok csr and 5 minutes does not bother be to get someone in and out and give service…. I honestly have been highly disappointed with the service

D. J.1This bank is the worst that I ever visited, the employees are lazy, they move slowly. Just have one person attending, If you are lucky, maybe you can find two. I'm go this bank bc is the nearest but I can choice, this one will be the last for sure

Nancy Molina1Worst customer service I've ever received at a bank. They have the most ridiculous unnecessary "policies". Practically got yelled at for not "letting her finish" her thought. DON'T go there unless you have an appointment which NO OTHER bank requires. It's just a joke of a bank.

Nadine Ryan1Terrible service. Impossible to reach anyone by phone. Very strange, not even a message system or call back system. Made an appointment for some important matters, had to make another appointment, thinking things would be accomplished on their end. Nothing was prepared and it was my time wasted. I don't blame the workers, it's management and the headquarters not providing proper service for their customers.

Sanfer Chaney III1This is an ongoing problem. Line is always to the door and only 2 tellers. There are 2 more who walk the line nonchalantly and won't acknowledge you, or step in to help out the other tellers.

Christopher Hackett5I just left there and had a few transactions to do. I didn’t have my credit card handy and I was one of “those customers” (by my own admission), but Maria O. was my teller and she was awesome. Super patient, super polite, and went above and beyond! While the teller next to me didn’t handle my transaction, she seemed to be very similar with her customer. I think her name was Brittany. People don’t get commended enough when they do things right! Job well done to the both of them! Thank you! :)

relsses yharnam1They never answer the phone, and when I call to place an order for coin rolls, they never have it ready when I come in and no one ever seems to recall taking my order. There's always about 6 employees walking around doing nothing while 1 teller is open, waiting on a long line of customers. As soon as you walk in to this bank, it immediately feels depressing. The employees are always apathetic and seem to hate doing their job. Every question I ask them is followed by a "uhh...I don't know..lemme check", which is preceded by a gathering of clueless employees, whispering and looking like deer in headlights. Yet even with all this going on, I'm still greeted with a "hello, how are you doing today?" upon walking in, as if they didn't already know that I hate coming here. Bank of America should be shut down, and I deeply regret ever signing up for this bank, and will be switching banks the next chance I get. If any employees or managers are reading this, I just want you to know that I think you're useless, lazy, and ungrateful to have such a cozy, well-paying job where you're allowed to do absolutely nothing all day long. If I could give a lower rating than 1/5 stars, I would do so in a heartbeat.

Michael Papiez1All three ATM's are out of service for 2 days now. Seriously thinking about going to Chase with my business. No reason all 3 should be down unless there is a outage, and there isn't one.

Shelly Cruz1This bank doesn't even deserve one star. They had about 8-10 employees and only one teller with a lobby full of people almost to the door. Employees just standing around looking at each other instead of helping the customers.
