  I purchased a Multi Family Unit property! I’d like to say my closing process was easy but it definitely wasn’t. I was under contract for a few months and I had complications in and out with a previous lender. Through connections I switched lenders and god was my process so much better. Previous lender told me it would take more time to close and Pedro definitely beat that. I closed sooner then expected during the whole process with Pedro. He explained everything from start to finish, he accommodated all my needs, and gave me better rates. Overall Pedro did an outstanding job and I would totally recommend him! I almost lost hope although but thanks to him and his team! We made it to that closing table! Thanks so much.

  In 2021 we began our home buying process working with a lender and realtor whom did not give us the greatest experience. As first time home buyers we did not know what to expect during the loan process and we felt lost having many unanswered questions. We paused our search for a few months and later connected with a realtor (Rafael Navarro) from Su Familia Real Estate. He then referred us to Jessica from Prime Rate and we couldn't be more happy! She was very helpful and gave us so much information about the process. We felt more confident and trusting in both our lender and realtor. Thank you again Jessica and the Prime Rate Lending team for helping us close in less than 30 days and giving us an overall great experience.

  They were so helpful with our whole process of getting a house loan! We were both shocked and impressed by how fast and resposible they were with me and my husband! We starting the process earlier this year in March 2021, by the end of April 2021, we found our forever home! A very special thanks to Jessica Melendez for being there through the whole process explaining and answering my crazy texts and calls all the time! Being a 1st time buyer and a not good at numbers definately helped that she was very good communicating and explaing things to me in depth, till I understood them! Jessica not only is great at what she does she also helpes us with our taxes every year! Which we are very happy with. She did everything she could to make our long time dream come true faster than we thought! I was told a closing process takes 22 days from the time you get an offer accepted and ours took 19 days! Which both the group and my family were very happy for! Definitely recommed prime rate lending group for the loan process of your house! Me and my husband were more than greatful and happy with the help and outcome of our home buying process! Now run get your pre-approval and get your forever home with them! You wont regret it! 💕

  We worked with Jessica Melendez and had a great experience. She was very responsive and helpful. We reached out on a friday and had a pre approval by monday. She recommended Rafael Navarro as a realtor and we were looking for homes within days. We found our home in 2 weeks and closed in a month. We are so thankful the process went so smooth and quick.   You can't go wrong by asking Jessica for help with your home refinancing, home buying or taxes! Several years ago when I was trying to do my taxes my friend recommended her, so I dropped by to see what she can do for me. That was the best financial decision I have ever made! She got me an amazing return and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I decided to help my sisters and parents by also referring them to Jessica. Everyone was happy because she responded promptly and got it done immediately (also with great returns). In addition; she assisted me with my new home buying process. One of the scariest decisions in my life was made super simple because of her. I was a first time home buyer, so she educated me throughout the process, and now I am well informed about the home buying process. Soon after Jessica informed me about her ability to do refinancing assistance, so she helped shave a few hundred off of my parents monthly mortgage and just did the same for me this year!
