      Almost impossible to get ahold of anyone. Called their anytime number no luck. Call during business hours just get a machine. My account has been locked for some reason for almost a week I say some reason because I can not speak to anyone to find out why. Guess it is about time to switch.

      I've had nothing but issues with these people and my accounts. Don't use the skip payment option because they will still charge you a fee, plus never skip the payment you applied for and screw up your checking account.
