  Terrible customer service. Never call back. Never answered the phones. Rude and disrespectful. There's no easy way to make your mayments. I've financed a few vehicles and this is the absolute worst service out of any finance I have done. Caint wate to refinance with a different company. I wouldn't recommend at all.

  I simply called to verify a check and the lady couldn’t have been more rude and condescending. I never want to deal with this bank again in my life. Terrible customer service. Not sure how they’re even in business with that kind of service.

  They have no “bill pay” option to pay with debit or credit card. They said there’s a way to do it online but charges $15. Who the heck charges $15 to pay a bill online or through app? 😂

  Horrible. Would not recommend IHCU to ANYBODY. On the rare occasion that the app lets you log in, you can't do anything on it. I can't pay my bill on the website either, so I have to call. When I missed a payment and didn't realize, they still took the next payment out of my bank account and refused to process it until I fixed the other payment. I called collections to sort it out and the lady was VERY rude and condescending. I assumed she was having a bad day until she left a voicemail a few days later and still had an attitude and talking to me like I was trash. If there was a way I could switch companies early, I would.

  The absolute worst establishment you will ever deal with regarding any banking concerns. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. They provide no help when an issue arises, as well as a representative will be nothing but absolutely nasty in return. For your own good, bank with anyone else.

  Do not use this bank to finance a car, if you can avoid it! As stated in other reviews, they go out of their way to make things very difficult! Outrageous fees are charged gratuitously and they have little to no flexibility when it comes to forgiveness or grace periods. Their website is essentially useless, and you can only update payments or cancel payments by filling out forms! The technology they utilize is time consuming and out of date. Also, the staff is rude and cannot help you 90% of the time. NOTHING with this bank is simple or easy, and every time I have needed something done, it was made much more complicated than was necessary. I have never written a negative review in my life, but I felt inclined to do so because of how poor the customer service is at IH. I am very happy that I refinanced my loan, and I will no longer have to do business with them.

  The poor customer service would be understandable if I were able to sufficiently help/service myself through their website. Unfortunately the website is awful too and I felt like I had very little control and access to information regarding my loan. Also heavy delays in receiving my title after paying the auto loan off. Go with a new, modern bank. This financial establishment and many like it are quickly becoming archaic. Edit: Upon their reply to my review, I was able to make an account and view my loan successfully (though something's were still weird to navigate). I remember asking customer service if I could manage my loan online and they said that's only for online banking so I never tried. P.S. I also remember I was quoted the incorrect payoff amount over the phone and was very surprised to see two additional monthly payments get deducted. So again, seems customer service is the main issue here.

  Would like to say IH is the worst bank I have ever delt with they repossed my truck basically over $340.00.This morning I went there asked to transfer $200.00 from my savings account to my visa card they applied it towards my loan,they acted like it was no big deal.A branch manager named Tiffany has the most nasty personality of anyone I have met in my 49 yrs of existence.I do not recommend anyone to do any business with them.

  Biggest hassle I've ever had to deal with when it comes to financing or banking. Lack of communication and customer service. And when there's an issue you get an attitude from a representative in return
