  I will preface that I am not one for writing many reviews, or testimonials but after having such a good experience getting my foot in the door for home ownership, I felt compelled to share my experience. I can say with very high confidence, this was an outstanding experience and had I known what I knew now, I would've pursued home ownership much earlier. As a reluctant first-time homeowner, what could have been an arduous experience, was much easier to navigate with Ivan's help. Ivan has an attention to detail, while explaining each and every step of the process in a very simple manner, which I can safely assume this means he is very knowledgeable in real-estate business. Anytime we experienced a challenge during the pursuit of a home, and the escrow process, he provided the guidance I needed to press forward. Aside from the real-estate piece, he explained things like credit improvement and financial strategy pretty well, and once again these are things I wish I knew and had I knew I would've jumped into the market earlier. If you are hesitant as a first-time owner, I recommend working with Ivan Lanz as he will make the process as painless as possible. If you are more experienced in the real estate market, I can also recommend him as he is very attentive to the market and really cares about his clients.

  From start to finish, EXCELLENT communication and thorough explanations for all questions throughout the entire process. Out of the five refinancings my spouse and I have completed, this was by far the easiest and quickest. Unsure of exactly what we wanted out of our home refinance and flirting with several other big-name lending organizations and feeling a bit overwhelmed because we wanted to make the most out of the historically low rates for two different properties, a close family friend recommended Ivan. So, after a few brief conversations and some later in-depth discussions, he seemed genuine and passionate not only about his job, but also helping people make the most out of the refinance process.   Ivan was amazing dealing with some Liens that were attached to my property. It took a little longer then anticipated but he got my loan increased and funded a timely manner. He is very good and detailed with the loan process. He also was there when the notary came over to sign documents. He truly is a professional at his job. I highly recommend him with two thumbs up.
