  Though I did not use Stephen’s services for a cashout refi a few months back, I wish I had. My Loan experience through another lender was horrific in every way. I had spoken with Stephen a few times when he knowingly knew I was still with the other lender but he took the time out of his day, weekends no less and listened to my frustration with the other lender. I will be using Stephen services when I purchase my other home later this year. In my three or four encounters with him, I found him professional, kind and a great listener.
