  We planned to buy a new home and also wanted to re-finance out current home and get an equity loan for down payment towards the new home. mark was really amazing with getting both done in less than a month's time. He was very responsive and really made these two transactions like a cake walk.   Worked with Mark & Amy on a Refi and I can fully recommend him without the slightest hesitation. I have probably been involved in 10-12 loans in my life time. Mark is straight forward and highly professional, you can expect him to be upfront, and provide fast and efficient communication. We locked the rate hours after the quote and he was very fast in all follow-up requests for information and documentation. Kept me closely informed and we closed on time.   ABLEnding is awesome. Mark and Amy were extremely helpful throughout the process. We started our refi on August 6, 2019 and completed it August 24, 2019. I ask a ton of questions and they had a ton of answers. Throughout the process they were extremely responsive even on weekends.
