  It was really great working with such a professional. Blake and team made the process easy to understand and efficient. He explained the process and documentation needed and the technology with loanDepot made my portion of the process much easier than planned. We had a surprise on the appraisal and Blake explained all my options and adjusted my loan structure so I did not have to change much from the initial plan. The last mortgage I received was no where near as smooth as this one. Not only did we close on time, we surprised him at the end and moved the closing up on him, but since he our loan documents out a week early he and team were able to help with our last minute requested change. He communicated with the builder, realtor and us in every step of the process. The cherry on top was the great rate he gave us ( better than the quotes we received from other lenders ). I would completely recommend Blake to any family and friends who need a loan. When we buy our investment property next we will be calling Blake to do the next loan for us. Thanks for all your hard work and helping us get into our dream home.

  Blake and his associates - Lora and Zach - took GREAT care of me through the entire loan process. Whenever I had a question, one of them responded extremely quick with the information I needed.   I’ve worked in the mortgage industry before as well as managed national sales teams, so with some authority or credibility I can say.....Michelle Berkov is a shining star and an excellent ambassador for your company. During my loan process, Michelle was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, fast, truthful, and kept her promises. She did not over-promised and under-deliver. She has excellent communication skills, so I was able to quickly build trust and confidence in her. What else could anyone want?!
