  No worries when these guys handled my loan, got the appraisal ordered early, closing costs and down payment we're not only straight forward and unclouded but exactly what I expected at the closing table with no surprises. Kept me informed and updated through the whole process and got everything on their end done earlier than necessary so we could close on time. Would highly recommend to anyone as one of the only options in lending in Southeast Idaho.

  Derek was amazing to work with. He had everything ready to go on our closing date. The sellers had some issues come up and they had to extend the closing date more than once. Derek helped us re-lock at our same rate and made what could have been stressful look so effortless. I highly recommend him and his assistant Wendy!

  The whole loan process was a breeze. Any hiccups that occurred were taken care of quickly, so as not to set back the closing date.
