Talis Margairaz1Horrible experience with ALICIA NEFF. I was in talks with Alicia trying to get approved for a home loan. I was extremely dissapointed with the effort she put into helping me, after 3 months of my phone calls often not getting returned, her rolling her eyes at me when I asked her questions, and overall being very rude and unprofessional. I went elsewhere and was able to get approved for much more much quicker in a more friendly manner. DO NOT GO WITH ALICIA NEFF, in my situation she was rude and unhelpful. There are much better options out there!

Leonardo Curri5By far the best customer experience I’ve ever had in general, and miles ahead when compared to other banks. I’ve never had a negative experience throughout the years. They have always went above and beyond to help me whenever I needed it. Every single person I’ve talked to on the support team, every agent, specialist, etc. has been beyond amazing. I was just assisted by Matt who was great, phenomenal display of professionalism, extremely supportive, kind, friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, and so forth. I can continue on, and I can comfortably say this for every single person I’ve talked to thus far. One of the most important factors that has kept me with ICCU, is how they treat their employees. So far, I’ve heard nothing but great words from employees about their experience. This is extremely important to me. I have recommended ICCU at every single opportunity, and I’ve encouraged dozens upon dozens of friends to signup. To date, I’ve never left such a review, let alone praise a company to anybody. Talia Renae5I love my bank and love the staff! Alayna helped me today on the phone and was super amazing, friendly, informative, knowledgable, and helpful. I love the central cents savings program. I love that I can have 2 separate accounts. One for business purposes and another for personal. I love all the programs and information this bank has to offer. I have had issues in the past with banks who try and pinch money out of me, or have nothing to offer other than a bank account and a debit card. I appreciate being able to print off checks instead of purchasing a check book I will rarely use. I am one very satisfied client.

Zac Kreiss2I've dealt with these guys twice now. Both times they refused to valuate my home at the correct value. Significantly undervaluing my home, twice... I gave them proof from an independent professional broker using a Brokers Price Opinion (BPO) from back in DECEMBER, which was four months ago. My home is worth far more now than it was then, and everyone knows it. At first they went off last years Tax Assessors value, which is significantly low, and everyone knows it...why would they use a number that is consistently wrong and also out of date? I called up STCU the same day and they valued my home at more than $100k than ICCU did. Strange huh? They refused to budge on working with me to get the lower interest rate and the amount I was looking for. STCU had no problem giving me their lowest interest rate and nearly $100k more credit amount than ICCU did. ICCU seems very rigid and unwilling to work with their potential clients. I will not be calling them anytime soon for services, nor will I be banking with them in the future. Blegh...

Sydney Burgess5I came in to ICCU to start an account with them and they were very friendly. We set up my account with Dillon and he was awesome, I’m happy we got to work with him! I would recommend this credit union to anyone. Thank you guys for such a positive experience.

David Seurynck2After 11 years as customers at a Coeur d'Alene regional bank, it was bought out and the quality of service became terrible. We switched to ICCU and were happy until we tried calling the branch, and had to go through a central answering service, wait for minutes on hold, then had to answer their 20 questions before they would transfer the call. After all this ICCU does not do the foreign currency exchanges we need and the banks in town that do require you have an account with them. Disappointing.

We do our best to serve our members by focusing branch time on in-person service and our member contact center to phone-originated service. We strive to keep our wait times short to better serve you. Although we do not do foreign currency exchanges, we do provide a couple of international perks. We add no international fees when you use our debit or credit cards abroad; we charge only what Visa charges, which is 1% on all transactions. All credit cards have travel accident insurance as well as travel and emergency assistance services. We have shared your feedback with the branch and member contact center and hope that you can have a more positive experience moving forward.

They dont care, the representative even had enough nerve to call me a liar on the phone. Dont bank there, they're horrible.

But after a little research, I decided to open an account here and I’m very glad I did! It’s very similar to the bank I used before and so it already feels like what I’m used to! I’ve had nothing but good experiences here and the staff is very friendly.
