  Real estate deals NEVER go as planned! That's why you need Marty's team. Marty was instrumental in getting us to close on time. We threw a couple of curve balls his way; including a last minute price change. Marty's team reacted seamlessly and kicked the documents through their system accurately and with blinding speed.   I highly recommend Academy!! We just closed on our new home and they were the easiest mortgage company I have ever dealt with. My biggest thing was I had the same person helping me every time, no automated services and she spoke English and was easy to understand. They were very prompt and great to work with. I’m proud to have them as our new mortgage company. It’s a huge improvement compared to our last mortgage company!! Thank you!!!

  Everyone at Academy Mortgage CdA did what they said and were timely and kind to work with. Aaron Page the lender did what he promised and was always kind and fun to work with. He is now a friend as well. Stacia kept on top of things and is a true pleasure to work with and on top of everything without error. Scott Peterson made me feel important and it was good to know he was overseeing the process even though his help had it all under control. Great company for me and I have referred them several times.

  Scott Peterson and the staff at Academy Mortgage are amazing! When my wife and I finally decided to build our dream home Scott made the process so seamless that I actually ask him if he was sure there wasn't something missing?? Seriously, I thought for sure that we would get to closing and there was going to be a surprise of some sort, but there wasn't! It was by far, the easiest home loan I have ever gotten. I have said it before and will say it again, Scott Peterson sets the bar and then jumps over it for his clients. Best referral I have ever received!!!
