  Bek Kim deserves a raise for their performance. I needed to execute a complicated wire transfer to a different country and they helped me through the process. The amount of professionalism and patience they put into my tangled case was very important. Bek was patient while I was collecting information and asking them many complex questions. They also were very empathetic with my situation and made me feel better throughout the process. Overall, Bek is a highly skilled person.

  I first heard of ICCU because my son's Boy Scout Troop has 2 accounts with them. Since then, we've opened additional accounts for the kids' college savings. We've been happy with the service there always.

  I had an enjoyable experience and an employee named Cody went above and beyond when he didn’t have to to speed things up and get me out of there faster. It may seem like a small thing but it made all the difference during these trying times. As long as ICCU keeps staffing guys like him I’ll keep coming back.

  They did a very poor job handling a fraudulent charge dispute. They botched the dispute by not filing the correct forms and not communicating clearly through the process. As a result, I lost the dispute on a $100 fraudulent debit card charge, which should have been a simple dispute to win. I talked with a supervisor and requested they make it right. They agreed to refund me $50 since it was mishandled (which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1) but I should have been credited the full amount. I've been a good customer and have a loan through them. I'm not sure why they don't think it's worth $50 to keep a good customer happy.

  During this Covid19 experience... Only drive they is available. It TAKES was to long to provide service. And each time I come my transaction has been wrong. I have to wait... Have it corrected.

  This is the Chick-Fil-A of credit unions. Modern facilities, outstanding customer service, they say "my pleasure," AND it's closed on Sunday's! The only thing keeping be from continuing business with ICCU is the fact that Boise is a thousand degrees and a man's gotta migrate accordingly
