  I had the best experience working with Vic at Ichor financial. Buying a home is no easy task, especially if it’s your first one. However, Vic explained everything in detail, never ignored any questions I had, and made my loan process less hectic. I also learned so much from him during my home buying process. The real deal breaker was that his rate was lower by almost half a % from another lender I had first inquired in. I definitely will work with Vic again, and will refer him to everyone.   I shopped around to refinance my Mortgage and received a boatload of impersonal reach-outs from Mortgage Lenders. Even my current Mortgage Holder was taking days to return a simple call. So very happy that a friend recommended Ichor Financial. Vic was amazing - he never left me waiting for answers, and was very proactive.I had a sticky property tax lien, which was a hurdle, but he managed it. I just closed and am so pleased with the service. I highly recommend this company. They really came through for me!

  I wish I could give Vic 10 stars not only 5, he is best in the west and east . I would recommend him to all my friends from now on, I wish I knew about him before so I would of saved alot of time ,money and headache , still don't know how he got the loan documents within 3 weeks for such a big loan amount . He was on top on everything everyday and the best thing about him that he would keep me posted every day . Thx again vic and I wish you all the best.
