Chase Bank Reviews

Jack Pepkowski1This branch is run by amateurs, not young professionals like a bank should be. I called in to order 2 bands of 2 dollar bills for a pickup a week in advance. When I walk into the branch, I notified them I’m there to pick up my bills and the two tellers look at each and ask each other if they ordered it. I walked out without any bills. Avoid using this branch so you don’t waste your time.

Manbeasttt1Called them every 30min from 9am - 11am on Thursday to try and make an appointment, no pick up at all. Called them Friday morning for 3 hours, no pick up at all. Called them this morning 5-6 times consecutively, no pick up. I've been going to this Chase for 10years, never seen it so packed that someone can't pick up a single phone call. If it's closed down due to "covid" then maybe there should be updates on their GMB.

Tae Yoo5Staff are extremely informative. They were extremely thorough with me and explaining and answering all my questions, regarding a VA Loan for a house and financial advisement. Rita talked to me extensively about the VA loan, when many other people in other financial services could not. Robert called me and followed up with me, even when I was busy and overseas and out of the country. Alvin was helpful as well, who got me in touch with aforementioned people. Parking lot could be better but I think it has more to do with people who do not follow driving etiquette.

Katherine Kean1They NEVER answer the phone. Personally, I find this extremely unprofessional and not trust invoking behavior for a bank. If you jump through all the hoops and get to speak with an actual person, they are quite lovely.

Timothy Lugosi1Left my phone in bank at closing time, and wasn't there in the morning. Staff blamed night time cleaning service. Would not even look at security cameras to see who took it, since it had to be someone who works there.

Frank Speight5Excellent service. My main contact at the bank is Chris and he has been courteous, professional, and goes out of his way to accomodate my banking needs.

Keon Choi3The staff tells me everything about what I am asking for, but the time they put in are incorrect. I hope they resign them
