      A couple of the tellers are nice but they also have very RUDE ones. One younger girl who talked to me like she was a teenager and I was her mom. They are not very well trained and cannot answer your questions. If it is open, it is SO crowded, but you don't usually have that problem because they constantly close. You'd think by now they would have figured it out - we're only a year into this pandemic. If you're not already stuck with this bank, take your business elsewhere. Unprofessional overall!

      I went to cash my check for the first time here a few weeks ago. The bank teller felt the need to scream out loud that my account was overdrawn. I was sooo embarrassed. I walked out and went to the ATM.....my account was overdrawn 60 cents........ very unprofessional of her.

      Went in to close one of my accounts as I didn't need two. Adrine was very helpful and even helped me refund a small fee without me asking! Love the initiative!!

      The staff is very nice and kind, I had to come all the way from Sunland, because the staff in that bank are mean and racist, they didn’t wanted to give me a temporary card because the ID I was showing them doesn’t work and when I came to this location they never complained at all about my ID and they were very nice and helpful ❤️.
