Nick Shefstad1Asked for pre-approval on a used car loan. They ran my credit before asking if I was currently employed, and since I was on the books, I was flat out turned down. Ten years of steady income, and enough cash in my savings here to cover 60-100% of the loan, but instead I now have a ding on my credit since they can't ask basic questions first. Customer service here has always been poor, but this is a new low.

mal p1This is quite possibly the worst credit union I've encountered. And shared branching is a joke. You get charged as normal at the ATM. If you're not a member you're not welcome to walk in or get help on Fridays.

Heather Harding2I’ve been with this credit union for over 5yrs and have had solid income the whole time and they won’t approve me for a line of credit. I think that’s bs considering I make more then enough. I have good credit also. Makes me want to close my account and go to a different bank. :(

Handsome 15This is my second car loan. Very low rate. And, my loan officer noticed some discepencies between what I discussed with her and what the dealer was pushing. And she denied the loan. She was looking out for me, would not let the loan fly as written!!! Awesome.

Steve Wecks1I do all of my banking online. The website for the IBEWFCU is not at all user friendly and is very limited in what it can do. They recently redid the website and actually managed to make it far worse. It is almost as if they want to make it difficult for people to access their money (which is automatically deposited their each month by the employer) so that they leave it in there.

Darren Larson5The staff in the loan department is top notch. Susan K. has always taken great care of me and most recently Andy C. was extremely helpful with two separate issues in the same day. Thank you Susan and Andy! Your customer service, attention to detail and professionalism are very much appreciated.

ira watson4It might be the safest banking out there. I appreciate the honest hard working approach of this particular credit union. They truly kick butt at what they do. Thank you for watching out for us over the years.

Katelyn Shanley2I’m very saddened by the way that their customer service has gone down hill. I have been a lifelong member that used to rave about their service, but now, I warn people not to use this credit union. :/
