  I don't know how the experience of those who came before me, my own experience with Thuy Do is as follows . I'm an investor, it is quite important to find a responsible and dedicated Loan person to help me make a successful Loan at a good price is the most important thing, during my 12 years of business I have experienced a few people doing Mortgage Loan for me, but I am very impressed with Ms Thuy Do with her dedication, promptness, and patience to the last minute for very difficult Loans that took a long time and we worked together throughout. In the process of starting to the end, there are things that are not her responsibility, but she still takes the time to explain and help us when we need it, now I have worked with her 2 mortgage Loans including 1 for buying a new house and 1 for refinace, both were successful with good closing price and good rate compared to the general market during that time . I am sure that in the near future I will continue to cooperate with her, and she is always the first person I choose when I start for my new contract.

  Thank you, Thuy Do, for the greatest service ever! Thuy was very professional, patient and caring throughout the entire process. She was prompt when responding to emails/calls and answered all of our questions. I’ve done business with IBC before and as always got exemplary service. They are the best!

  I have my mortgage with IBC mortgage because I bank with them. I bank with them due to convenience. All was well until recently. Thanks to changes they made, I can no longer pay my mortgage online, through my IBC checking account. I have no idea why they will no longer allow me to do so. They gave me a website I am supposed to use, when I went to the website, malware loaded onto my computer. This is the WORST. I am now writing checks for the first time in ages to keep my mortgage from going into default while I try to figure out the best way to switch to a mortgage company that won't screw me.

  Bunch of liars, all they say is lies, one after another, how can you remain in business by telling lies, they lied saying they called me to discus about my refinance company falling short by $10.00 and they delayed the process to get interest they then lied saying the called my title company, well show me the record , and they have nothing, just beating the bush, i have already sent my complaint to BBB will be sending one to the mortgage fraud dept too. Never do business with then , incompetent and cheats .

  If I could give this company zero stars I would! I’m a realtor here in Austin & doing real estate for 15 years this is the worst experience I’ve ever had and trying to get a client closed!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! It’s been one thing after another to get closed & they are so incompetent!! We had to extend our closing twice and it looks like we’re going to have to extend it again. Lies upon lies & any time you emailed them they have an answered to everything you are complaining about due to their incompetence! I’m going to report this bank & tell every realtor that I know in this business about my experience with them! I will never do business again with IBC!!!!
