  Even though the hours are not the best compared to other banks and compared to what the hours used to prior before COVID, the pros outweigh the cons. The great robust online banking system and the ATM makes up for the hours. I love being able to scan checks at home in the app and I love being able to use my biometric on my phone to open up the app. The only time i would need to go to this bank is to deposit cash which is not often.

  I highly recommend IBC Bank on Elm in Broken Arrow. Every staff member there is extremely friendly and very helpful. Teri Jackson the manager is amazing! Past Banks I have been with do not even come close to comparing to IBC on Elm!

  Everyone at this branch is always very friendly. Terry is always incredible. Has been very helpful on many occasions. From fixing issues to offering different ideas and benefits we were not aware of.

  I wanted to say a big thankyou to Terry at ibc bank in B.A. for helping my husband out this weekend with an issue with his account. You were a huge blessing to me and my family. Thank you! I wish our Sapulpa Branch had been as helpful! A good company has good Managers and Terry was extremely helpful, not only did she solve our issue she explained what we did wrong, and how to avoid it from happening again. THANK YOU TERRY!!!
