  I3 Lending and the people I worked with, Golf, Kyle, and Prasanth all supported me in my mortgage refinance when other companies would not consider a VA loan, I received a great lower interest rate as a result which saves us monthly. I recommend I3 Lending if you are in the market.

  I have been with i3 lending. Since it has originated here and have had nothing but great successful results. The team gets back to me on issues or problems fast and we have weekly discussions on new programs and alternative ones for changing markets as we are in now.   I have nothing to say but EXCELLENT! I have been with I3LENDING for 4 months. I come from the travel industry prior to my 6 years in Mortgages and it's all about service. If I don't know something, they call me immediately and help. This is hard to come by. Especially, in the age of automated systems. Managers call me if something is off and they even call me when there are no questions to ask. This is a loyal ethical company who cares. Again, EXCELLENT! If you are not happy with your company or are a client that needs to make sure your getting the best deal, call them ASAP and ask for me!!!
