  I was recommended TMF from a few people and I’m glad I went with them. Sam and his crew were great, My credit wasn’t the best when I first applied but they worked with me until it was where it needed to be.   The SMOOTHNESS of everything. I will not go anywhere else and my advice to others is to not go anywhere other than the Mortgage Firm. I would specifically recommend Sam and Drayton to anyone who asks and even Sherri King as a realtor even though she doesn't specifically work for the Mortgage Firm. The ratings only go to 10 and Great rather than 100 and Awesome if they had these categories that's what they all would have gotten. Our Family really appreciated being treated like we were there Family and for that we will always recommend this place and will always have love for everyone in this process because buying a house isn't easy but with the Mortgage Firm it was as close to easy as it gets. Good luck if you choose to go elsewhere you will not find many people like these ones.

  I only us Sam Dongilli and his team for my mortgage needs. Sam and his team has help me in 3 times with getting a mortgage. They are so professional, caring, place me first and my needs to ensure I am getting the best rates the mortgage industry has to offer, and the follow up each day and weekly until closing is extremely comforting and knowing that Sam and his team is in my corner makes the mortgage process enjoyable and easy.   Our total experience from start to finish with Sam and his team (Julie, Denise and Drayton) was outstanding. Excellent Communication (whether by phone, email, text or company secured web portal) with each team member could not have been any easier. Sam continued to watch interest rates throughout the whole process and in the end was able to save us even more money.
