  Best mortgage loan experience we have had, which includes buying with other agencies/agents in Wisconsin, Nebraska, Georgia, and Florida. Thus, with great confidence we highly recommend Greg. A few key attributes: punctual, available, committed, straightforward. Greg and Erin will also provide as much detail as you would like. As a person who appreciates numbers and the subsequent calculations, Greg and Erin were happy to provide the details for front-end and back-end ratios so that we could make the most appropriate decisions with our other investments.   We have worked with Greg Whiteside for two home purchases now and can't imagine working with anyone else. Greg and Erin are simply the best. Both of them are very responsive, take time to explain complicated or confusing items, and are great resources for general questions. They also have a useful network if you need a recommendation for other home services. Most importantly, when things inevitably get stressful, we felt like they were present and supportive. As much as buying a home can be difficult, they helped make the process a pleasure.

  I can’t say enough positive things about Greg and Erin Whiteside! As a young, first time homebuyer, I was kind of dreading the mortgage process. I had dozens of questions that I asked when I was “shopping around” for a lender, and he answered every one and then some. I had a great feeling about Greg from the very first phone call. He took however much time I needed and broke down all that confusing mortgage jargon for me and made sure I understood everything. He was always prompt with responses to my calls/emails/texts. I work nights, and he was always willing to accommodate my crazy schedule. If he was unavailable to answer a question immediately because he was with another client, he would have Erin call me to answer my questions. He’s a fun, quirky, laid back guy, but he goes above and beyond and works his butt off for you. I have ZERO complaints/concerns about Greg and the service that he provides, and I know you won’t either. Go with Greg the Great for your mortgage needs! You won’t regret it.
