tt t5I'm leaving a review because of the staff here, especially Annie! I made a kind of difficult request of her and she was kind, patient, and really helped me out. I've been to other locations in the Salt Lake area and haven't encountered the same kind of customer service. The manager and bankers here are really helpful and stand out.

b blackberry2This branch will be closing soon. Going out of business, this location only. Glad I know in advance. The other Wells Fargo I used to goo to in Trolley Square closed down too. I guess they can't find people who want to work so they combine banks and close down some. This Wells Fargo was in a central location for years so I will choose to do business with my credit union only. Wells Fargo closing too many banks. One would think they have extra funds to keep employees after all the fees they charge. My credit union doesn't charge nearly the amount of fees Wells Fargo does. RIP Wells Fargo in this location.

Scott Rasmussen1Waited in line for 20 minutes while the branch manager walked around the lobby asking customers why they were there and trying to get them to use the app while the 1 tellers at the counter was trying to get the line of customers helped.

Rob F1The bankers don’t seem too helpful at this branch. I went in to ask for a letter stating that me and my spouse are on the same account (was told I needed to get this for something I was doing). All I got was hesitation from the banker and her telling me “I don’t think I can do that” and I was like “excuse me?” I don’t understand WHY my simple request was so difficult to fulfill by this lady banker. I have been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and that lady couldn’t even help me with a simple letter. She’s lucky I didn’t go to a manager over this or maybe pull my accounts out that I have a lot of money in. I’m doing THEM the favor by choosing to bank there

Ahmad Al Rashdan5Just came in to close an account and the gentleman at the cashier was very helpful. They only accept customer service appointments but he did help me transfer the cash over and indicated that I can do the rest over the phone.

Danco Marine Services1Absolutely unexceptionable! Teller deposited my check into a wrong account and they are telling me it'll be 10 business days to process a claim! Can't make my house payment now which in turn will put a late payment on my credit report! I'll be closing my account. No wonder there's a class action suite against WF for opening fraudulent account to make their numbers higher....

Johnathon Kennington1Waited in line over 10 mins to be told you are closed. The posted hours say you close in 2.5 hours. Needed to make a large deposit in order to pay some bills. The times we need your help the most you make us wait in line and send us away. Get wrecked Wells Fargo

Zach Hallows1These guys are an absolute joke. It took me two separate visits to the office and hours and hours of time just to get online access to my business bank accounts. Wells Fargo is just a slimy organization in general, but this branch is completely incompetent. It does not help me sleep easy knowing my money is in the hands of incompetent criminals. Prob going to move all my money elsewhere.
