  Met with Theresa to set up an account again and what a lovely experience it was. I have always love Huntington and would never go anywhere else as their customer service is always first class.

  Customer service is pretty good for a bank. They are usually helpful.. they deal with a lot of customers so you just got to be patient sometimes. 🤓. If you have multiple bank accounts you may want to avoid the Huntington Bank on Reynolds Road in Mentor because they've screwed up and put my money in the wrong account twice I don't know why that is but best to use the Willoughby branch or a different branch.

  Worst banking customer encounter in my 30 years. It was as if she was so bothered by me asking basic questions about making an online transfer which somehow they do not do and can't help with. If you need any assistance with your money or business, I would NOT recommend this branch as they were NOT helpful nor did they even seem to want to do there job. I was given attitude for simply asking basic account questions. Dec,6th ,2021. 1245-1pm. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT BANK.

  Huntington Bank has closed all but one location in Western Lake County. The only branch open is off Euclid Avenue in Willoughby and the line inside is always super long. They swooped up all these customers and are now making personal banking a nightmare with long wait times and frustrated customers. If I could give a negative star I would. Doing my banking elsewhere.

  Everyone at this branch is super nice. Mary L. Was very helpful getting me through a fraud case. Highly recommend.

  Nothing like being told at 10:30 a.m. in the most unpleasant way that you cannot withdraw $xxxx.xx from your own account because the bank doesn't have enough money to give you. Wow ... Seriously its our money? Called to discusss with the Branch Manager, and of course no call back. But considering the very poor reviews and 1.9 rating it shouldn't suprise me looks like t his location could care less about their customers.

  Cannot comprehend what makes this bank feel like they can treat people the way they do. You wouldn't think after a horribly long wait you would reach a teller that acts so bothered by doing their job.10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

  Terrible experience. I was denied $10 from my account because I only had my work photo ID and not a license or passport. The manager Carrie? refused to help and denied my transaction. I have been banking at Huntington for years and was treated like a criminal because I forgot my ID.

  Hire more people! The drive thru wraps around the building everyday. Over 25 minutes in line. I'm done. I feel bad for the tellers. Horrible bank. Quit blaming Covid. Hire more people. Simple.
